Smart Finances Way ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to creating products that deliver real value. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Downloads - All Sales Are Final

All sales of digital products are final. This includes guides, worksheets, spreadsheets, calculators, planners, and any other downloadable files.

Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Courses with Dripped Content

For courses where content is released gradually over time, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
You must not have accessed content beyond the first module or the first week of material, whichever applies.

Once you have accessed Module 2 or later content, all sales are final regardless of the time elapsed.

To request a refund within this window, email [email protected] with your name, purchase email, and product name. We will process eligible refunds within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Products That Include Live or Ongoing Components

Some products include access to live office hours, group calls, or community participation. For these products:

The refund window is 7 days from the date of purchase or before your first live session, whichever comes first.
Once you have attended a live session, the service has been delivered and all sales are final.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to restore access, we will issue a full refund.
